The Portable Chef - Sample Menus

We hate to even do this, because we want to create a
menu unique to your event. Here are some menus we've
created for some of our clients' special events.

		Sample Menu #1 is a buffet dinner we created for a 50th
		birthday party and featured hearty, traditional foods, served (as always) with a creative flair.

		Sample Menu #2 was created for a chichi art party. This
		menu features interesting heavy hors’ douevres, designed to satisfy a creative (and hungry!) crowd.

		Sample Menu #3 was served at a funky, creative, over-
		the-top office party. We pulled out all the stops for this swanky soiree, offering multiple food stations in different themes.

		Sample Menu #4 was created for a budget-conscious
		business luncheon, offering simple but scrumptious dishes designed to satisfy and delight.
